Printing Posters

Booth Library has a plotter printer that is used to print posters.

Graduating Seniors who are presenting a capstone poster are not charged for a one time poster print. You can send the slide (pdf or MS PowerPoint) containing your poster to library@dewv.edu and you will be contacted when the poster is ready for pick up.

For anyone else requiring a poster print: Poster printing must be done through library staff; the plotter printer cannot be accessed from campus computers. Since the service is contingent upon the availability of staff, appointments are required.

To arrange a printing appointment contact either library@dewv.edu or 304.637.1200

Poster printing is available to all. The cost is $3.50/sq.ft. (e.g.  the standard 3' x 2' poster would cost $21.00 to print.).

Capstone Day

Capstone posters are 3' x 2' (landscape)

When you are ready to have your poster printed,  send it to library@dewv.edu so staff can open it on their laptop.  It is preferred the poster be sent as is a PDF, formatted to the correct size. MS PowerPoint is also accepted. If you choose another application to create your poster, consult first with Library Staff to make sure the application can be accessed from their PC (No MAC software). You will be contacted when the poster is ready for pick up. The pick up point it the Library's Information Desk.
